2003 June - 2008 DecemberBearingPointToronto, Ontario, Canada Spearheaded the pursuit of $500K engagement with WR Grace (USA). As the project manager and GTS lead managed a team of over 7 consultants for their SAP GTS implementation in Version 7.2. Advised client on their compliance issues and delivered an on-time within budget solution for their North American operations.
Lead a team for UFA, Calgary for their IS Retail plus IS Oil and Gas implementation in SAP version ECC 6. Designed, configured and supported their very complex order to cash processes involving retail, bulk and construction businesses including sale of oil and gas products. Designed and configured their retail/bulk pricing and billing structure with contract billing and down payment and invoice list requirements. Involved in every step with integration to FI/MM /PS modules.
Successfully lead and delivered a compliance management solution involving GTS version 7.1 and EH&S modules. Responsible for designing and configuring LE module for EMD Chemicals (Merck Chemicals). Managed complete data migration project for SD/LE/GTS elements including customer master and hazardous material master data.
Implemented Quality Management (Certificates), Pricing, Revenue Recognition and LE processes including the complete Rail Car Management package, Shipment cost management and FCX module in a SAP 5.0 implementation for a leading fertilizer and mining company (Mosaic).
Led a team of 12 professionals in a leading chemicals company (Air Products & Chemicals) for their SAP implementation for their South European (Spain, Italy & Portugal) operations. Responsible for a complex order to cash and GTS implementations. Designed and setup complex pricing and billing structure. Involved in setup of EDI interfaces with key customers.
Managed a support engagement for a leading gaming software company (Konami). Lead a team for issue resolutions and enhancements pertaining to SD/SM-LE/MM/FI/CO activities covering several sub-modules from order-to-cash, service contract management to shipping and transport planning.
Lead SAP Order to Cash and Foreign Trade implementation for Maytag Corporation covering complex requirements contracts, pricing and billing processes involving European partners and third party entities. Developed Foreign Trade forms where necessary and designed license and preference compliance requirements.
Successfully conducted extensive workshops for KLA-Tencor to evaluate their enterprise solution requirements. As team lead for SD was instrumental in influencing their choice of SAP for their enterprise management and GTS for their compliance requirements.
