Solutioning & Transitioning of Finance processes from across the globe for entire range of finance offerings like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Financial Planning & Analysis, etc.
Involving onsite visits to the customers across the globe to understand and translate client needs into a solution framework.
To develop the Transition Plan for the project as per the roadmap
Detailed planning of Transition Costing and execution to ensure savings for the assigned engagement
Define Service Level Agreements (SLA)along with the operations team

2006 September - 2007 AprilWNS Global ServicesPune, Maharashtra, India During this stint with WNS, I was based out of UK leading a 100+ FTE transition for processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Call Centre, Banking, Bank Reconciliations, HR, Payroll, etc. The processes went live in April’07.
Was involved in preparing the entire transition solution, pricing, IT and transitioning the entire processes back to India.
Responsible for the UK onsite knowledge transfer of approx 60 WNS resources
