     Involving onsite visits to the customers across the globe to understand and translate client needs into a solution framework.

     To develop the Transition Plan for the project as per the roadmap

     Detailed planning of Transition Costing and execution to ensure savings for the assigned engagement

     Define Service Level Agreements (SLA)along with the operations team
