  Hired to support one sales representative, was promoted after 3 months and given the accounts of a second sales person (total accounts in excess of $2 million annual) as well as sole responsibility for ‘house’ accounts. I run scheduling meetings with plant manager, coordinate daily print schedule (upwards of 40 jobs/week), and facilitate sales/customer service relations from the initial entry of an order through production to the final shipping of the product. I work one on one with all individuals involved in the planning and production of a job, from the salesman, to the customer, the estimator, production manager, job planner, pre-pressman and finally to the pressman and shipping department to make sure all parties know the expectations and requirements of each job. I make sure all jobs are completed to the highest level of customer satisfaction and shipped out on time.
