    http://www.nomuradeals.com is an fanancial web application. It helps to bridge the gap between the deal originators and the capital market.

    This project has two parts ,the public site and the admin area. The public site displays deals'information for the public viewing.

    Users with either analyst, trader,legal status have access to the admin area.A deal from being created

    till approve go though several steps.

    First step:A analyst or a trader add a new deal. After the new deal has been addded, it's status is set "to be approved by trader".

    Second step: A trader approve or decline the deal marked as "to be approved by trader". If the deal has been approved, it is marked as "to be prroved by legal". If it is declined it is marked as "declined". A "declined" deal can not be approved or go through further processes.

    Third step:A legal approve or decline the deal marked with "to be approved by Legal".If the deal is approve by legal, it will be marked as "to be published". If it is declined it is marked as "declined".

    Fourth step: Either analyst or trader or legal can publish a deal which is marked as "to be published".

    The published deals can be modified by either analyst or by an trader.

    The declined deal can be modified or deleted by either analyst or trader.

    The modified deal is a copy of the original deal, it is just like a new deal has to go through all the

    steps before it get published. When the modified copy of deal is published. The original copy of the deal is automaticly marked as "archive" deal which is not available to be manipulated.

    A deal with any status can have one or many related historical deals which must be "published" deals.

    An deal might has related historical deals attached with it. A related historical deal is a deal which

    has been published and attached with the deal as an reference.
